Scentsy Story
Nicole Ferland started her Scentsy journey in March 2005. At the time, she had some specific requests when it came to describing her dream job. “My dream job would have flexible hours to work around my family’s schedule and allow me the opportunity to travel to exciting places and meet new people. My dream job would be more than just a job. It would be something special and rewarding, something that makes a difference in the lives of others.” Fast forward to today and Nicole is living her dream. “Scentsy has given me everything I described and so much more! Not only have I had the privilege of experiencing the business and opportunity of my dreams, my family has been blessed as well. We work our Scentsy business as a family. It has been the most amazing experience to watch my children and their enthusiasm as they share Scentsy with others. They are proud of our Scentsy family business and so full of Scentsy Spirit! I couldn’t be more proud of them and all they contribute to our business.” Nicole and her husband, Jason, love that their Scentsy business provides them with the gift of family time. “Before Scentsy, Jason was working 10-12 hour days and missing precious time with the kids. Jason’s schedule never allowed him the opportunity to take time off.” In June 2008, Jason was able to quit his job and work their Scentsy business full-time. “It’s been a blessing to have Jason home with our family, and his contributions to our business have been incredible. Scentsy has allowed us the privilege of taking some amazing family vacations. Our time spent together and the memories will be cherished.” Nicole feels blessed by the friendships Scentsy has brought into their lives. “We have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people from around the world, and we have had the opportunity to build some amazing friendships. We are one big family; we are Scentsy family.” Nicole leads team Dream Believe Inspire and is inspired by them every day. “It’s an honor and pleasure to work with each and every one of [them]. It’s a rewarding experience watching others succeed. Scentsy is helping people live the life they always dreamed of but never thought possible. Scentsy is the business of our dreams! “Thank you to Orville and Heidi for the hard work and endless support they give to every one of us. Your vision, dedication and always giving more than you take is such an inspiration! We are so grateful for your leadership and the opportunity you have given us to build a business we can pass on to our children that will continue to bless lives for years to come.” Nicole is also thankful to Kara Egan and Colette Gunnell for their inspiration to start Scentsy. “We appreciate you sharing your hopes and dreams for Scentsy.
